Michleigh Property Managers CC (MPM) was established in 1996 by Mike Maidment and Leigh Connell, both of whom are widely experienced in all aspects of property, and specifically sectional title, management. Prior to forming MPM, they worked together in the banking industry and, combined, they have over 40 years banking experience.
MPM is very much a family run business! Julie Ronald, the daughter of Mike, joined Michleigh in 2000 and in 2010 Kathryn Hasselmann, Leigh’s daughter, joined the business. Mlondi Sibisi, known to Mike, Leigh, Julie and Kathryn for many years, joined Michleigh in 2018. We recently welcomed Katie Ronald, the daughter of Julie, as an intern. In 2022 Kiegen Hasselmann, the son-in-law of Leigh and husband of Kathryn joined the Michleigh team.
MPM is properly registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (formerly the Estate Agents Affairs Board) and the members have Fidelity Fund Certificates issued by the Authority. MPM is a member of the National Association of Managing Agents.
